1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Terrapep are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional and will use these products in accordance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.

2. Product Purity & Testing

Every batch of Terrapep products undergoes independent third-party laboratory analysis. While we maintain a purity standard exceeding 99%, research peptides are inherently sensitive compounds. Customers should independently verify product suitability for their specific research protocols.

Certificates of analysis are available upon request for each batch.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our website at www.terrapep.my. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment must be completed before orders are processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship within Malaysia using trusted courier partners. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders above the free shipping threshold qualify for complimentary delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Terrapep is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion following investigation. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Product Storage

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products upon delivery. Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8°C. Terrapep is not responsible for degradation due to improper storage after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Terrapep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

8. Privacy

We collect only information necessary to process your order. Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties except as required for order fulfilment (courier services). Payment information is handled securely and not stored on our servers.

9. Changes to Terms

Terrapep reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
