How are Terrapep products tested?
Every batch undergoes independent third-party laboratory testing for purity and consistency. Certificates of analysis are available upon request. We maintain a purity standard exceeding 99% across our catalogue.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship within Malaysia using trusted courier partners including J&T Express, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and orders above our free shipping threshold qualify for complimentary delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. East Malaysia deliveries may take 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept online bank transfers and will soon support card payments through our integrated payment gateway. After placing your order, you will receive payment instructions. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Reconstituted peptides should be kept refrigerated at 2-8°C and used within the recommended timeframe. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Always follow your laboratory's storage protocols.
What is the difference between Terra-P and Terra-V?
Terra-P is our pre-constituted precision pen series — ready to use with no reconstitution required. Each pen delivers consistent dosing for your research protocols.
Terra-V is our premium vial series — lyophilised powder in pharmaceutical-grade vials. Reconstitute to your preferred concentration using the included BAC water.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping options are under development. Contact our support team for specific inquiries about availability in your region.
Can I visit or collect my order in person?
We operate as an online-only research supplier and do not offer in-person collection at this time. All orders are shipped via courier to your registered address.
